The following are website information and policies for the Preserve Georgia Rights organization (hereafter referred to as “PGR”).
General Information and Use
Members Only Access
Many features of this site are available only to Members of PGR. This includes volunteers of any current Members of PGR. Members can register to use the site here.

PGR’s focus is to serve all citizens of the State of Georgia, USA. Therefore, our priority is to respond to inquiries from Georgia citizens. We do not provide technical assistance services to those outside Georgia, unless there is a mutual need and cooperation between citizens of other states are required. However, you may view any resources available on the site to assist your efforts at other states.

Listservs and Forums
PGR Members are encouraged to join our discussion forums as a way to communicate with their peers. Participation is optional and is restricted to list members that may have joined voluntarily. Users of chats and forums agree to use these for lawful purposes and are prohibited from posting on the any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. This applies to any posting that could be termed as Sexual Harassment and/or Discrimination.
Survey and Polls
From time to time, we may offer surveys and/or interactive polls to users to allow them to share their opinions with others users, to see what our users think about important issues, or to better target our content. Participation in the surveys and/or polls is optional. Opinions and responses are not identifiable to any particular user. We may share aggregated demographic information with partners or supporters. We never share any information about specific individuals with any third party.
