- YOU WILL DOWNLOAD AND PRINT ONE COPY OF THE DOCUMENT ON 8 ½ X 14 LEGAL PAPER
- FILL IN THE FOLLOWING BLANKS ON ALL PAGES:
a. FROM – YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS AND your name in the blank field on page 1.
b. YOUR AUTOGRAPH AND DATE
3. You will then need to make 14 copies of your autographed NOTICE and send via MAIL. Mail via US Postal Service CERTIFIED SIGN RETURN RECEIPT. Retain the ORIGINAL SIGNED NOTICE for your records and send one of each of your copies to those on the NOTICE (addresses are provide), You want to have a tracking mechanism so you’re assured each addressee has received your NOTICE! Keep your originally autographed document for your records.
4. Then you will EMAIL your NOTICE which will be conducted automatically by filling out the JOTFORM located here https://form.jotform.com/220194804696058 which will act as additional insurance your NOTICE was submitted to every single Legislative member, the Secretary of State, Attorney General, Georgia Sheriffs’ Association and Lt. Governor. Unfortunately we do not have email addresses for the Governor nor the Justices so it is IMPERATIVE you send each of them your autographed NOTICES.
5. IMPORTANT!!! Share this with others by visiting Preserve Georgia Rights (campaigns) and ask them to do the same to secure free, fair and transparent elections! If others prefer to support our efforts via the use of this NOTICE have them go to: https://form.jotform.com/220194804696058 and fill out the form and download their autographed PDF once they receive their confirmation email. It’s just that easy, quick and simple.
Upon completing this online form you will receive a “THANK YOU” message whereby you have the opportunity to download a pdf of your submission. PLEASE download this pdf file and save it for your records as well. Extra insurance 😊
