We are providing you with two (2) options for filing this Notice to our Legislators and Executives; electronically utilizing the Jotform feature and also via USPS.

This Notice will go to ALL Georgia Representatives, Senators, Gov. Kemp and Attorney General Chris Carr via email. You will also have the ability to download your autographed Notice and keep for your records.
This QR code will also take you to the electronic Notice so you may save it to your phone and/or computer to share with others in your circle of influence.
For the people of Georgia you’ll have the opportunity to mail, via USPS, your notice to our elected officials via certified mail

- Make as many copies of your autographed copy for as you are mailing.
- Use 10”x15” Envelopes to complete your mailing
- Be sure NOT to staple any of the sheets together
- Keep the original Autographed Notice for your records –Only mail the copies you make
- You will send this mailing using Certified Mail with Return Signature Receipt.
